    Hello one and all as athletes you as handball players will be able to endure more, move faster, and have strength that the average person does not have that walks the streets.  The only problem with that is it also means that your body will ask for more in return for the increase in physical ability in terms of food.  When I was younger we didn't have all the choices of waters, sports drinks. protein shacks, or power bars to eat. Making the right choice from the wrong choice in what you put in  your bodies is becoming harder and harder with all the options you have today.  In short am just trying to give you the right information so that you can make the right choices of what to put in to your bodies to keep yourself playing strong and harder for better games in the future.  Below I will be giving you some articles and information to keep you in the loop of staying healthy.
